Agency Agreement Terms and Conditions

• The agency agrees to operate under Bheem Guard for Duty LLP, and will fulfill orders provided by Bheem Guard promptly and efficiently.
• Bheem Guard will compensate the agency with commission based on the area and category of guards provided.
• Payments will be made directly by Bheem Guard to the agency or guards as per the agreed terms.
• The agency is prohibited from accepting payments directly from clients.
• The agency must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Bheem Guard app.
• The agency is responsible for meeting the standard and quality norms set by Bheem Guard.
• Payments for daily and hourly services will be settled within 7 working days, while monthly services will be settled at the end of the month.
• Any payment delays from clients will be addressed by Bheem Guard's legal team, and the agency must await clearance before taking further action.
• The agency will receive ratings and extra incentives based on performance.
• The agency will be held responsible for the character, behavior, and actions of the security guards provided.
• Legal issues will be resolved within Bheem Guard's jurisdiction area.
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the agency acknowledges its commitment to uphold the standards set by Bheem Guard for Duty LLP.
